  I had options to choose from and chose loan depot. It took them 4 weeks to tell them they couldn’t complete my loan after I’ve provided the necessary documents. It was on of the most frustrating thing to go through. You don’t have to complete the loan, BUT PLEASE LET PEOPLE KNOW so they can plan accordingly.

  Almost the whole deal was done online, which is a huge plus. If the closing took place online, this would have been perfect. The loan estimate documents were great as it kept me aware of what my numbers looked like. And of course, 3% APR is very good! Jenny was very helpful keeping me informed and answered all my questions. For this being my very first real estate purchase, my experience was very pleasant. Thanks!!
