  I just closed on my refinance through Loan Depot, and I worked with Dan Woznicki at the Worcester branch. Dan was amazing throughout the process, always responsive and very helpful with any questions I had. The speed in which my loan closed was very fast, just over 3 weeks from start to finish. My situation involved buying out during a divorce, which complicated things a little bit. I had contacted other mortgage companies, but Loan Depot and Dan made the process as streamline and pain free as it could be. It was a joy to work with them.

  Worst loan payment and service. Any call support is about 30 minutes. auto payment is on still you can see its not deducting from back account.

  I have refinanced my mortgage twice with Loan Depot and I would highly recommend them to anyone! The whole process is so user-friendly with the online portal and ability to view and sign documents instantly. Also, the communication between myself and my loan officer was amazing! Jackie was so great and she communicated with me quicker than any other professional I've ever worked with. I couldn't be happier with my service and the value I received.
