I can not sing enough praise for Jim and Tabby at our local LoanDepot office! They go above and beyond to get all clients to the closing table and specialize in helping make homeownership possible for those who traditional lenders wouldn’t help. Any time they have issues they work to resolve them so that everyone is happy with the end result. If you need help finding a lender who cares about you and your unique situation, they should be a local go to!

Received a refinance letter in the mail and called to get a rate. After 15 minutes on the phone with the 'loan agent' asking a ton of personal questions, he insisted he pull credit before giving me any basic rate info. I hung up. Wasted time! Use a local lender!!!

Loan Depot does not offer autopay as a payment option. Nearly every mortgage and bill pay service on the planet offers autopay so consumers can simplify their life and not worry about manually paying their bills each month. Loan Depot on the other hand wants to force its customers to manually pay their bills each month and they do this with the hopes that some customers will forget to pay which allows them to charge late fees and potentially ding your credit record. I never would have signed up with the mortgage lender that doesn't have the technology in place to offer autopay and would recommend you look elsewhere before considering Loan Depot for your 15 or 30 year home loan. Loan Depot, when you decide to offer autopay, I will update my feedback.
