      This was my second loan with LoanDepot and I could not be any happier with how simple the process is from start to finish. My schedule is not flexible, so I don't have a lot of time to spend going to the office, checking in, or returning documents. The online platform really helped minimize emails. My loan officer John Gerardi was clear, informed, and simplified everything for me just the same way he did with my first mortgage loan, and now my refinance. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the online website used, it was user-friendly, I particularly loved the simple layout (nothing is more frustrating to me than a complicated overcrowded online platform). I was able to check the progress of my submitted documents, as well as a review at my own convenience via phone or when at home, as well as receive requests/notifications from my entire team. COVID19 could have caused this process to be complicated but fortunately, I had the pleasure of securing a mortgage loan at my convenience with no complications. I will definitely return for my future loan needs as well as refer friends.
