      I just sold my house that was financed by Loan Depot and they are still sitting on my Escrow money. After the sale of the house I saw billings for legal fees and Misc Fees. When I called to inquire I was told the legal fees where for the life of the loan. When i asked what legal fees they incurred I was told "You know just Legal fees." The guy on the other end of the phone could not drill down and tell me what those fees were. When I asked about the Misc fees I got the same basic answer as the first one. I will never use this company again or even consider them for another transaction. I will also make sure anyone wanting a mortgage recommendation stays clear of this very bad company.
