      If you are a contractor.... This is not for you if you expect to be paid upon completion of work. They will hold your money because things that have absolutely nothing to do with your scope of the work. The draw coordinator Candace that I dealt with is unprofessional and is a slow dragger. She responds to morning emails at closing time so there is little to no communication time. She doesn't return phone calls. She withholds info about the project and makes the contractor feel like an outside component. I could go on and on..... But bottom line is..... Its TOO MANY GOOD PAYING LESS HUMAN EMOTIONAL PROJECTS THAN TO PUT YOURSELF OR BUSINESS THROUGH ONE WITH LOAN DEPOT!!
