      Horrible experience. They said I was pre-approved for a refinance. They said it was no problem to refi my house and they knew there was a time critivsl situation. All the way they promised me it was approved. They waited until the last day when there was no possible way to get another loan and denied the loan. With no time left to sell the house, I lost my home. My house had 200,000+ equity. This was during all the foreclosure fraud that was going on in the early 2000's. They helped the crooks steal my home from me. Stay away from them! Far away from them. They are liars and cheaters. Don't believe a word they say. It was probably their people that came in and bought it at pennies on the dollar. It was my retirement home.
