This place is a joke they don't care about you nor the corporate office all it is ,is the bottom line of how much they can can screw you. just a number when starting the loan process.. The feeling when they find the time to talk with you. Sometime they will tell you I'll call you back in 15 minutes and you wait 2 days . Sent in papers during the whole process,however had to keep turning in the same information over and over again. finally got the loan approved and we are told " why do you keep calling about the problems with the home because I'm the one whom got you approved. Had to set back close 3 different times..Now that their job is done and we have funding it's c-ya. All you are is just another NUMBER to them .
