  Ms. Beatrice was a joy to work with she’s amazing A true miracle worker Unfortunately I was suggested to use a different mortgage company which turned out to be a complete nightmare I was devastated in a few short days she was able to turn it completely around.

  Horrible experience. My husband and I bought our first home March 2021. We got connected with Rita. At first while we were completing our paper work things were going great. Response time was within hours of sending her and her team emails or calls. Once our loan got approved she disappeared it would take days for her to reply back to calls to emails. We were set to close on a Tuesday everything was scheduled, we get a call from our realtor 1hr before our schedule close time. the lawyers office called and stated LoanDepot hadn’t received our documents for the closing. We called loan Depot and Rita and no response. We escalate the issue and somewhere between us getting approved and the closing we got a new loan processor. They misplaced a lot of the documents that we sent. If you are in a charlotte or surrounding area go with another lender. We took vacation time that we weren’t able to get back for the closing and our move which was then pushed back another week.
