  Jeremy and Brittany went above and beyond by thoroughly explaining our new loan and quickly getting our questions answered. They exhibited a high level of Customer Service and made the loan process less stressful for us, which is a talent that most can not accomplish in Sales or Customer Service. We would highly recommend anyone considering a new purchase or refinance to give them a call, if you want the best competitive offer and a stress free experience!

  Absolute disaster of a “lender”. I have never had such a horrible experience from working through the application process to fighting them for insurance claims. This company is built on extorting their customers, endless phone trees with ZERO help, and a completely parasitic sales team. It was so bad we almost walked away from our house because the lender was so bad. Now we are WILLINGLY refinancing at a higher rate just to get away from this company. You have been warned!

  If I could give a negative rating I would. Worst place in the world to get help with financial advise or even a loan at that matter. I got ahold of Jeremy live say and had worked with him for a few weeks pulling credit and seeing what ended to be done to help with building my score to be able to fully apply. Like I said we messaged and talked back and forth for a few weeks back in June and he stated to give him until the 10th of the month to allow him to pull my credit and it not take a hit. I told him that was fine. The 10th passed and still to this day I’ve yet to hear from him or the company. I’ve texted multiple times and have called just as many. And once again you guessed it. Still no word back. You’re better off mopping the ocean floor dry than getting any customer service from loandepot. Take your business elsewhere don’t waste your time like I have. And being a single father of 2 that time is limited and took away from my kids. So thanks again for nothing Jeremy. Wish you the best in the future. Hopefully the ones with deep pockets keep you employed.
