  This is a terrible company. They've just wasted 5 weeks of a deal that I've almost lost. Eventually (after 5 weeks !!!) they've sent an appraiser they work with, that just screwed up the deal and gave an estimate that is totally detached from reality. When I've approached the broker, he didn't even know which town the house is located in. he was completely inept, didn't take a step to resolve the problem and just bragged about his past record.

  He was smart, attentive, went above and beyond to offer helpful hints and advice outside the scope of work that we were working on. Extremely patient, the entire family goes to Donald and no one’s going anywhere. I am real estate agent and I will be sending all my future clients to him. You’re not just getting a service from LoanDepot, you are getting Donald Callwood in your corner!!!
