I usually don't write reviews about my experience. Honestly I would like for future clients to be aware. Currently in the process of purchasing a home .Application pre-approval was fine until contract was accepted and off to underwriting it goes this is where it went downhill "currently " I have literally been in underwriting for 30 days . All documents requested have been sent on time and just awaiting approval I would think maybe two in the market that we're in . No "currently " in underwriting. No communication, No phone call of status, no confirmation of closing date and it's really sad and unprofessional. My realtor has been Awesome as far as her communication but it's only so much she can do even extending emails to managers with no response. Loandepot has been by far the worst company I ever did business with . Like I said in the beginning I never write reviews because I just learn where not to spend my money. I will be writing a letter to corp next this is so unfortunate that people trust a company with doing the best for the client and they fail.
