  LOAN DEPOT WAS REFERRED TO US BY A LOCAL BANK FOR A CONSTRUCTION LOAN. OUR LOAN CONSULTANT, LAUREEN STANCLIFF, WAS PROFESSIONAL, EXPERIENCED AND VERY HELPFUL WITH A FRIENDLY AND POSITIVE ATTITUDE. SHE ALWAYS KEPT US INFORMED DURING EACH STEP. SHE WAS QUICK TO RETURN EMAILS AND CALLS, THAT IS A PLUS! SHE WAS ALSO VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN CONSTRUCTION LOANS, WHICH IS A LITTLE MORE EXTENSIVE THAN A REGULAR HOME LOAN. OVERALL, WE ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE LOAN PROCESS. NOW WE GET TO BUILD!! THANK YOU LAUREEN FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK!

  As a first time home buyer , I was extremely clueless. I had so many questions but thanks to Lollie , she assured that all my questions were always answered asap. Made the feeling of buying such a huge purchase so much more comforting!

  Worst experience ever. Started process on 6/10 for a Cash out Refi 80% Loan to value and 43% DTI on a conventional loan. This should have been a quick loan as i had previously refinance a year ago and only took less than 30 days, uploaded every stip needed as well as signed disclosures within 24 hours, But Conditional approval 6/17, appraisal done 6/25, Till this date they have been sitting on a Final approval. No one contacted us to schedule the signing. I gave them an ultimatum 5 days ago to call me by Friday 7/23 or cancel the loan. So here I am now. Zero customer service experience, their "Account managers" are inept not sure why they even call or email if they can't give any info. LO was great at the beginning then just faded away. Gave them a chance Since they're pricing outbid everyone else by $3K, but never again. If you want a real Mortgage company based them off their google reviews. So I'll be going with Sovereign Lending Group. Look them up
