Allen W. helped me look at all options for my refinance and even looked into the details of my original loan and home equity loan to find the best option. He asked questions that other potential lenders did not and was able to save me more money than other lenders based on these questions. The process was easy to do with everything electronic.

      Such a great experience with this company. Everything is done through their online portal, which was very easy to use and upload all the necessary documents. Super friendly team all around and great communication as well. Definitely recommend and will only use them for future purchases!

      Avoid this lending company and representative David Nichols at ALL cost! He lied to me about a rate lock with no points and sent a disclosure. Then after the initial disclosure i was tricked into underwriting my loan with 2 points of fees built into my supposed rate lock with no points he initially promised. Oddly I caught it right before closing. Avoid this lender.
