      STAY AWAY FROM LOAN GUYS - STAY AWAY. Without questions the absolute worst lender to deal with. They deserve a minus 4 billion stars! Total liars dishonest with zero knowledge about loan. These guys promise interest rates on a loan, then when it comes time to sign loan docs the rate has been hiked up over a point! THIS IS THE WORST AND MOST ABUSIVE NON QM LENDER I HAVE EVER SEEN.

      I had lot of rE experiences. Loanguys and their officer Nate could give as difficult financing for a non-warrantable condo DSCR loan based in Hawaii. The closing only took 5-6 days from appraisal to the finish line. They work pretty fast. Appreciate it !
