  When my husband and I started to shop for homes, we quickly knew that not only did we need to shop around for homes for sell, but we needed to spend time finding a lender to help us make our dreams of getting into a larger single family home possible. From exploring options from new construction, home improvement loans, and traditional loans, we initially connected with Helena Pham from LoanLock and basically knew we did not need to look any further. Helena was super quick to respond to our initial inquiry for information upon us filling out a short questionnaire. She made the first consultation super painless. We spent about 7-10 mins on the phone the first time we talked and just shared some basic information about us, what we were looking in a home, home price range, location, etc. We found the process easy and painless. From there we applied more formally for a pre-approval letter which we got back within a day and ensured were were ready and qualified to really dig deep into the home buying options. Along the way, we consulted Helena about other less traditional options outside of a traditional 30-year fixed mortgage and while that is ultimately what we went with, it was nice knowing that we could explore our options and determine the right type of loan for us. And of course Helena was there for every phone call and conversation to help answer questions and educate us. We ended up finding a home about 3-4 weeks after we initially received our pre-approval letter. Helena was quick to help us lock in an interest rate with us once our sales contract was ratified. She was very accommodating and really helped us get the best rate possible that day. From there, it was a slue of emails back and forth as we provided various financial documents to help with the loan solidification process, but the financial advisors were thorough in their questions and we were quick to respond making the process nice and quick. If we had the chance to use LoanLock and Helena again, we certainly would. The process was easy, the requests were painless and the process was easy to follow. We would highly recommend working with Helena from LoanLock when it comes times to select a lender and financing options for your next home.

  Worked with Khang Nguyen to purchase a home in NJ and he was fantastic. Patiently answers all your questions, keeps you in the loop. Got the most competitive rates we came across, a sweet closing credit, and satisfactory appraisal on the property. Closed on time, well in advance of the 45 day lock in period.

  Review for Jennifer Chang Galutera I found Jennifer from Zillow's lender list. She was very kind and quick to respond. You may feel like 'isn't that something loan officers should be like?' Trust me. I was talking to several other loan officers through the same mortgage there were only two people including Jennifer like that. My mortgage loan was the one of the toughest loan to pull off (according to other loan officers at least.) Jennifer had many options in her arsenal to assist me. All I had to do was delivering the docs she needed on time. I totally recommend her to anyone who is looking for a loan officer. She's the one who will work with you to the end with everything she got and she will do it without losing her kindness.
