Choosing this company was a complete waste of my time and a horrible decision. After signing my documents and securing the loan, I took the check they issued me to THEIR host bank and the bank refused to honor the check. I took the check and documents back and got my title back. They offered no recourse, made no attempts to contact the bank, and did nothing to keep my business. Would not answer the phone when I called back to determine what the issue was and as I write this, I STILL have not been contacted. I cannot have faith in a company whose own bank won't honor the checks they issue. If I could give negative stars, I would.
