  Jordan made the entire process so easy and painless!! Did not expect to find the process to be so smooth & was very intimidated going into it. Jordan worked closely with us to make sure we were able to provide all necessary documents for pre-approval. Our realtor sang his praises for being so fast & communicative in the offer-writing phase. He was very supportive & knowledgeable throughout. We were able to close without any trouble in less than 2 weeks after finally finding the house & there were no surprises!! We will definitely be using Jordan again for refinancing & any future home buying endeavors!

  As a Denver area Realtor whose been around the block (a few times now:) when your first time buyer clients say they are "working with a friend" for lending it always makes me a bit nervous... but in this case Jordan certainly put his money where his mouth was! When he told me he could close an FHA loan in 2 weeks if needed I sure was skeptical, but happy to say, not only did we close on time the process was completely seem less from beginning to end. There are a lot of lenders out there who can talk a big game, but Jordan for one actually delivers, highly recommend him!
