  I had an Amazing experience with the CEO of this company Howie Jays! He has a lot of experience in the mortgage field and the fact that they shopped the best rate for me between 50 + lenders and got me a great rate on our refinance of our property i'm truly grateful! I was able to cash out more than I needed to bank money and do renovations on our beautiful new home which he also financed. Well done Howie Jays and your team is amazing especially your processors and Shaq Baydoun!

  Today I parked in Howie's spot. Yes- I was wrong for that and he should've called the tow truck. Instead he blocked me with his car, trapping me (unlawful restraint). Refused to leave after pleading with him. Only after I called the police, did he run off. He then swerved off violently and preceded to block the only drive way exiting the garage. I felt like my life was in danger. Luckily other cars were exiting the garage so he moved and I was able to speed away. Filed a police report.

  You just admitted to parking in my spot unlawfully which I was unable to park my car in your review constitutes defamation of character You cannot park in other peoples reserved spots. I was very calm and nice to you after you threatened me with bodily injury while I was in my car that is a crime. You have repeatedly parked in my spot when you knew it was reserved this was not the first not you are not allowed to park unlawfully in someone else’s spot and property the tow truck was called from the building Management and I have the builder manager as a witness and I have Photo Evidence. Your post here gives me grounds for me to sue you for defamation of character and i've already informed my lawyers, if you don't remove this post you will be subject to a civil lawsuit with legal fees and damages. I never threatened you at all! You started to get agitated and violent saying your going to cause damage to my vehicle after having parked in my spot? You just admitted you were wrong, so if you want to contact me to apologize and put this behind us as men I'm willing to do that with you as a devoted Christian and business person who serves his community. I don't like having these issues arise with anyone but there are too many people like yourself parking in my spots every day! I saw your car in my spot once, I did nothing about it I let it go, twice, then a third time! You have been a repeated violator parking in my parking space at the beacon tower and you just admitted to it on social media and that you were wrong. Again, remove this post or you will be sued.
