Everyone at Loanstar is super efficient and helpful during my process of buying a new built home. They all go beyond their ability to make this as smooth as possible and I do appreciate all their efforts. I do highly recommend Loanstar as the only place for a home loan.

Went through the whole preappproval process, found a home based on the numbers our loan officer said we were preapproved for, paid for the inspections and appraisal, spent two months providing documents and answering questions almost daily, (often times the same questions and documents) was told we were approved, then another underwriter worked our file while ours was on vacation and denied our loan the week we were suppose to close. Now we're out over $1600, have been living out of suitcases for a month, and have to pay $400 more a month than we were before for a rental because we made the mistake of believing these people! Don't waste your time and go somewhere else!
