      Unethical! Surprise surprise They held my documents hostage until they could call supervisors to try and haggle me down to accept their offer... after asking 3x to just have my documents back so I could leave! Made 2 more phone calls and refused to give back paperwork “sorry company policy” just a ploy to call managers to work out deals to keep me from walking. Misleading on initial phone call then tried to charge me almost FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS for a title swap and acted dismissive when I asked for very detailed receipt of who and where that money was going. Just very shady and will tell you things that just aren’t accurate to get you to apply. Don’t waste your time or money with these people.

      Yamilet is very sweet professional and she gets you in and out. She has helped me a few times and she explained everything and answered all my questions. When in need of some extra cash lone star title Kirby location is great as well as the Antoine location the lady there ( I forgot her name she was working there In the beginning of December slim and short ) is great as well
