      I think one important thing you need to tell the customer is truth. 1st I was told I can take the check home then if I no longer needed it I can return within 24hrs. I brought it back within the next hour. Now im told they have to hold my title 3 to 5 business days until the check clears on their end? Check wasn't deposited, written on, and now I have to wait 5 days to get my title back?? I feel next time that has to be told to the customers before they sign the documents. Here i am without the funds or title. Stephanie was respectful and fast at her job but you need to work on better communication on the important details of the loan.
