  I'm only giving 1 star because you can't give no stars. I sold a house to a couple that used LoanStream, it was a nightmare they are the worst company to work with. When I put my first review up, it was one star with a detailed review, the loan had not closed and the person working on it, Chris Penney, called my husband and said as long as my review was up he didn't feel motivated to close the loan. I changed the review to 5 stars and he still didn't get it closed until 2 weeks later. All together it took almost 3 months for them to fund the loan. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are unprofessional and excuse after excuse.

  As a mortgage broker, LoanStream has products that no other lender I work with has. They are responsive with underwriting and processing and my account rep, James Finch, is always there to help. Thank you Loan Stream, for helping my client get into a house, when no other lender could! Update to my original review. I had to quit loan stream as they simply don't care about their broker partners reputation. I had a loan cleared for closing 12 days before closing date and they still didn't have the closing documents or final figures until the day before closing. Steve Nagy from operations couldn't have cared less and basically blew me off when I asked to have a conversation with him.
