      Please do not use this company even if you're a first-time buyer. They will ruin your life. Here is an example I finally got my credit score high enough to go with a better interest rate at 5%. Knowing they're at 28% and killing you, I ended up signing paperwork and refinancing my truck and I was very happy. The new bank contacted them with a 10-day payoff so everyone was on the same page. They called me asking me for a payment and I said there's a check being sent to you guys for a payoff they continue to argue with me and make threats never one time did they say they were going to repossess my car. The next day they came and repoed my car. This company is a scam I please warn you and those that have families please stay away. I'm looking into any legal action I can take for this company. this just happened last month april 2022. They will not let you talk to anyone in the higher up departments when you ask, and they really do not care. Hey lobel can I please get a hold of someone in the hire up departments?. STAY AWAY!
