      The drive through looks nice. The teller at the window looked miserable and as I stationed into the drive-thru teller he stared at me for multiple seconds and waited for me to ask for help (no welcome to SECU or LGFCU). With no smiles or approach this makes me feel like he was annoyed at my presence and this is poor customer service. The rest of the experience went about the same (get out of my hair so I can stare into space). I’ve never experienced this before but I’d figure I’d give the teller a shout out for making my experience a new one. The actual establishment looked very nice and I accomplished my task and this is why I’m giving three stars. Remember you are holding and benefiting from my earnings.
