  During past few weeks actually months! working with Montvale Annie Mac office with John Kane. I have no issues qualifying for loan, but the loan office is horrible in communication and seems like organization. It has been weeks of appraisal and paperwork, I followed up with several calls and many emails to response. I finally use a telephone number unknow to Mr. Kane and guess what he answers!!! only to tell me he doesn't work for the company anymore? OK so how is it you are answering their office line. Mr. Kane shame on you for not only wasting my time but putting me in a situation that will cost my family a huge sum of money. Although you are working for a company your lack of communication and plain seems you did not care will cost families to be in new mortgage situation that do not work for them and many will loss a lot of money. I suggest you get a new job that your lack of work wont impact individuals/ families be able to pay their bills.

  LiFoDirect and AnnieMac provided a great experience for the refinancing our home. Each individual in the loan approval process handled their respective responsibility efficiently and smoothly. Also, their website for uploading documents functioned very quickly and was easy to utilize. Oh yeah, their offered interest rate was outstandingly low!
