  This branch is located in a very nice shopping center, off of Victory and Canoga. The staff were friendly and make eye contact. They were very polite and asked the appropriate questions to help service my needs. The branch is very clean and open, the layout is very inviting and positive. No one is pressuring you to open anything and even when I asked if there was an account that can waive my wire fee and they said no, I was given an actual explanation as to why they could not.

  If you want horrible service and a bank that doesn't care about your business, go here! They were standing around talking while we were trying to open an account!! So we just left and opened an account with Chase! Talk about losing business for lazy people!
