  I asked for a small loan for auto repairs. The employee took my information over the phone. Said she would call back with an answer maybe 30 minutes. I was so busy that I noticed it was already my lunch and no call back, email or maybe a voice mail. So I called and the response was you were denied. I asked why no one took the courtesy to advise so I didn't waste my time waiting and now I have to take time away to find another loan company. The employee said well a voice message was left and I told her that that was not true because I was expecting a call from them and I had my phone with me at all times. She just said well you were denied. I asked her to send me something as to why all she said is a letter will be sent, but you were denied. I get it if I'm denied but the courtesy of having manners, and providing customer care and service or just saying maybe you should try this company that may help you. Something to say they care. I'm sure if I was granted a loan I would have been treated nicer. Wasn't very happy about how I was treated. No respect despite if I was denied or not.

  If you need to build your credit, this is not the place, I had a credit of 623, they did a Hard inquiry and made my credit go down even more, by phone they stated that as long as you have 600 you are good, but it was a waste of time and the ladies there are like Patty and Selma from the simpsons
