  The team at Lone Star Credit Union Terrell Texas earned a 5 star review today! Serrahi's friendly greeting and helpful demeanor started things off right. She and Shelly bent over backwards to work me into their already busy and fully scheduled day, Shelly was gracious and professional as she walked me through several potential scenarios helping me to choose the right account for my circumstances. I left feeling delighted to be part of Lone Star Credit Union! Thank you Serrahi and Shelly! I highly recommend LSCU!

  Joined in 2021…. Debit card they printed in the lobby didn’t work. Had to wait two weeks to get a replacement. Wife joined and same thing.called and spent an hour on the phone and they said it was resolved. Had to eventually go inside the lobby. Guess the days of customer service are gone.

  Mr. Johnson, we apologize for the issues with the debit cards for both you and your wife. We clearly didn’t provide the service you deserve on our initial attempts to issue your debit cards. We know your time is valuable and waiting for a card to arrive and on a lengthy phone call is frustrating. We strive to exceed Member expectations and apologize again for falling short.   Been with them over 10 years but lately the service had declined. Lobby closed AGAIN and drive through took an hour to get through!!!!!

  James, we're sorry to hear your experience with our Terrell drive-thru took longer than expected. Our lobbies are closed temporarily and we hope to have them back open again soon. Please know that we can also assist Members in many ways over the phone, through secure messaging in digital banking, and via online chat.
