Very UNFRIENDLY staff. We told them the ATM was not working and they stared at us as if we were speaking another dialect. They didn’t even acknowledge our question/comments . We proceeded to withdraw cash and no acknowledgment or ending soft skills comment. (Thank you/ have a nice day) Thankfully I bank at the Edinburg branch where they have great customer service skills.
