      I just had the best experience with their mortgage department. I was already pre-approved with Security Service Federal Credit Union but after a few non-returned calls and email replies I decided I wasn’t going to give them my business. I submitted my mortgage application and Nissa Kitia reached out moments later. Her entire team was awesome. I could pick up the phone and reach out to her if I had any concerns and if she was busy she sent me a text letting me know she would get back to me. Unlike other places I have worked with she did call me back. Her team was on point and followed up with me about any pending items on my end. We closed before our contract date and could have closed even sooner but I set the date a few days out.

      My husband and I built our first home and we had a horrible experience with Lone Star. I do not recommend them. Lack of communication, we wouldn’t get any of our calls/texts returned. They did not do anything to help us through our first experience.

      If you want convenience don’t use this bank. They are still stuck in the past there app doesn’t work properly always crashes. I got fraud on my account they said they fixed it. Then they gave me the credit for it then turned it around and charged me for it. WTH. Then lady in the location called vendor and didnt even have the transaction in record so confirmed it was fraud. Still didn’t get credit. Don’t use Lonestar National Bank!
