      I would highly recommend Lone Star National Bank, also at the Fredericksburg and Medical location. The Management , Tellers, and Personal Bankers always give me their Professional, and Personalized Customer Service. I'm not just an account. I'm valued and appreciated there! Even when it's busy during the lunch time, I'm very satisfied with the service I receive. I also wanted to Recognize Giovanni, Dago, and Antonio.

      Be very wary of these folks. Will lie to your face and offer you soda or water. Then insist with convenient thick Spanish accents that they are limited in how they assist you and would love to help all the while lying. Extremely poor integrity and deceptive practices. I Offered to speak to Alejandro in Spanish thinking there was a language barrier and he would be more helpful but he conveniently played ignorant. He avoided answering any of my questions and was repeating the same statement over and over. UPDATE-I have now discovered and confirmed that my instinct was correct and I was in fact lied to. BEWARE of doing business with folks that practice lying in the simplest of situations.
