  When we seek to ascertain where we might most expeditiously secure a fair reverse mortgage, let's not look too far afield just yet. Lone Star Reverse Mortgage is right here in our own back yard. This was the testing time for us, as we felt the time had come to secure a reverse mortgage. From the very first contact with Bob and Debbie and Sandi, I knew immediately that we had made the best choice. First of all, they eased the fear of such a big decision - no big push, no fancy-talk, or sales pitch - just honesty. Once the process started they were always available (none of this "please hold for the next available agent" or "press 2 to continue"). Emails and calls were always promptly answered. Despite our seemingly difficult situations, they never, not ever, gave up on us, or offered an easy way out, clearly explaining each and every step along the way. At no time were ever left in "the dark". Every time we hit a little bump in the process, they were there to smooth it out. I would argue that you never believe the ads as seen on TV these days: "Push button - Get mortgage". It just doesn't work that way. However, the whole process was completed without us ever having to leave the comfort our own home! This type of service is rare these days. If you want a team that will relentlessly work for you with integrity beyond reproach, personal attention,and the tenacity needed for such an endeavor, I would look no further than Bob, Debbie, and Sandi at Lone Star Reverse Mortgage.   Bob and Debbie helped us get our reverse mortgage with a great attitude and utmost professionalism. They definitely know what they are doing when it comes to navigating the process of dealing with documentation expeditiously. In my conversations with Bob I could tell that his primary interest was to act in our best interest. His humor and west -Texas style of friendliness made me comfortable from the beginning of our relationship. They both sincerely care that we were comfortable in our decion to move forward with our reverse mortgage and I am glad we did
