We have mice in our building and have submitted multiple maintenance requests. They are getting in through holes in the outside of the building (which we are not allowed to alter, and its frankly not our responsibility). Their response was basically "Yeah, well thats too bad. Deal with it yourselves." Again, the holes they are coming through are on the outside of the building. Leaving ASAP and not coming back....
