      Best credit union in Idaho Falls by a long shot! I would recommend banking here over any other bank or credit union. 10/10 customer service; The staff are wonderfully helpful and truly care about their customers! Makes banking and all its hassles a little easier!

      Service has gone down hill at this place takes forever not really member oriented since switching from Scenic Falls and ISU. I wouldn't say lacking in customer service because they don't have any
