  Brandi Hill was the epitome of cordial and effective service. I went into our original discussion expecting a good deal from Lookout. But Brandi went above and beyond my expectations. She found a better business opportunity than I expected and at the best possible rate. I highly recommend Lookout for anyone’s banking needs.

  Denied a loan that was half the size of a previous one, that never missed a payment and was even paid off early, “Good” credit rating on the breach of excellent even, due to debt to income ratio?? Spare $150-200 a month?? Computer programs do not calculate my iron will to thrive and not just survive. (yes I went there) What “barely above poverty line” person, not to mention the middle class currently feeling the heat, that actually cares about their financial status, isn’t running close to broke on a monthly basis? New online app sucks, Now I’m locked out of my banking account because their servers went down but failed to notify me of such, so me trying to log in with my information multiple times while their servers are down, locks me out??????? Dropped the ball when you dropped the ISUCU name in my opinion. If it wasn’t tied to my student financial aid back when it was apart of ISU, I would be closing my account here. Their customer service is nice, employees appear clean and friendly, but the actual services they are allowed/capable of providing are failing IMO.

  Greg, we appreciate you being honest with us. There are policies in place that we must follow in order to protect the good standing of the credit union and the members we serve. The rebrand was a better alignment of who our members are and how they impact the communities around us. Thank you.

  Amateur hour never ends at this place. Their website server consistently goes down, leaving you unable to access your banking. Most recently, it was down again. I was sent an apology email saying it should be back up shortly. I returned to the site to find I was locked out for trying to unsuccessfully access it earlier while it was down. It prompted me to reset my password using forgot password function. I changed my password only to get a message saying unable to process request, please call. I called the number and waited on hold for several minutes. It finally rang through . . . and then just kept ringing. No one answered. Their website does not work, and no one will answer the phone. Unfortunately, this not the first, second, or even third time I've encountered something similar to this experience. Multiple times. I would never bank with them on purpose.

  Bashar we are sorry to hear of the inconvenience that had happened to you during the website being down. From time to time our vendor will experience glitches in their system just as any other financial institution would. We try and make sure our members are update as soon as possible when we know something like that happened. We appreciate you being a member and being patient with us as we grow through through those struggle points. Thank you.
