      We met Lori in 2018 while looking at homes near Sun City West. She knew the area and each of the HOAs and the up front cost. She took the time to help us understand. She gave us a map and alist of cost of each of the areas. That first impression and those maps moved us to call her when we started to look seriously in December of 2019. We sat down with Lori she listened to what we wanted and started pulling from the MLS and arranged some showings. Being Lori is a Mother and Daughter she went on a holiday to Colorado. She left us in the care of her colleague Ron.That's what is nice about Long Realty there are persons to step in and assist. Which was good because after finding the house and getting the contract signed the seller turned difficult. It appeared that the owner's daughter wanted to break the contract to sell to another party. Lori and Ron needed to get the help of the Long Reality broker. Fortunately the persistence of Lori, Ron and the team kept the process going forward. They kept us informed as to what was going on with the difficult seller and we finally were able to close. We are happy to have had them otherwise we probably would not have gotten our home in SCW. They all went the extra mile through a stressful situation. Dennis
