To be a Credit Union they are Horrible!!!! You trying to pay off a Loan balance and they won't take money unless is a Cash or Cashiers check... and they give you the wrong information They are Horrible

Besides almost all of the staff being nice, they used to be caring. After having 2 car loans, trusting that they were a bank that would want to take care of their customers... this was going to be my 3rd actual car loan. And I've taken out loans way bigger than this and they saw it. They approved me for an auto loan, said they needed this, I go there and made sure that's all the information they needed, got that. Then when the time came, they became stricter and declined it, and didn't want to give me a loan although all the evidence were given to them and proof of value was way higher than what the vehicle was being purchased for. I'm tired of this credit union treating me like a criminal and not a valued customer. They refuse to take my great history and want to make it worse than a commercial bank. I can get the same products, and better treatment at a big bank. Unfortunately, I'm moving my money somewhere else.
