This location is great and the staff is very helpful, (Maricris helped me not make a stupid financial decision, so that's great!), my only gripe is that the mobile app is a bit jank.

This credit union has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every single pay day it's always an epic struggle to get the most simple tasks complete. It takes them 10-11 days to clear a check, when you call and ask for help, you need to call back the next day and speak to a "specialist"! I am being totally serious when I say this; I WOULD RATHER GO TO THE DENTIST AND HAVE SEVERAL TEETH PULED THEN HAVE TO CALL THIS WORTHLESS BANK.

Horrible customer service - they were unable to help me resolve the 4 plus over draft fees I occurred in 1 day and refused to help me when I’m already in a hard time - stay away from this bank
