  Love this company. I started a small business at the beginning of the year and thought I could do my own accounting to save money. So after I spent 4 months making a giant mess of EVERYTHING I walked into the office and met with Lynne. I handed her a stack of papers about a foot tall and emailed her a very disorganized spreadsheet. They took care of EVERYTHING and educated my staff and our accounting is basically on auto pilot. Very reasonable pricing as well. They handle all our accounting needs and are constantly educating myself and my staff. Whoever wrote that 1 star review below mine looks like her employer was lazy and didn't work with them and just blamed their lack of diligence by blaming the accountant. I have worked with most of the employees here and am constantly impressed by their professionalism, diligence and knowledge. My company has been extremely successful and a major factor was my staff and I not having to stress accounting because they handled everything with such care. If you want your accounting done right the first time for a fair price use this office.

  If I could give this company a 0 rating, I would. I have been working with my current employer for 3yrs and they go through Lott Vernon for payroll. The first year I was working with my employer, Lott Vernon screwed up my W2. They stated I had 8 exemptions on my W4. I asked for a copy of my W4, which they never provided. I updated my W4 after this incident and 2yrs go by and this year I am having the same issue, only this time I cannot get a straight answer on why my federal income tax withheld is so low. Anya kept telling me she was going off what I provided on my W4. I have asked this year for copies of all my W4's. My boss was able to provide the one I had updated, but they couldn't provide me with my initial one due to staffing problems when I started. So, our Office Admin reached out to Anya. She stated she would be sending it. She sent my 2018 W2!! Not what I had requested!! If you are a business owner, I would look somewhere else for someone to manage your payroll. This is ridiculous! You are messing with my money and family by messing up my W2's twice!!
