      A lot of hidden fees, no after hour access when you need to talk to someone in real time don't work for its consumers but will reap benefits from its consumers. No matter the issue as long as they get paid. Anyone that trys to excess your account without available funds you have to pay even if you've talked with them about it still allows instead of paying maybe short by a dollar but your account will be over drown and you owe them and the third party instead off just reimbursing your account they like to put you in a hole. No handicap access doors nor buttons

      I have had absolutely no problems with this Credit Union. I have my car loan through them and it is almost paid off. Until last weekend I had nothing negative to say. Tabitha is extremely rude & disrespectful. She has zero customer service skills. I work in a very stressful environment on a neuro ICU and never would I treat or talk to any patients or family members the way that she treated me and my mother. Working for a bank is not a stressful environment and I honestly don't know how she was ever promoted to a management position with the way she treats customers. Because of her actions, I will never use this bank again and I wouldn't recommend my family/friends to use them either.
