  Nationwide and Louis has always been there for my family whenever we needed them. Louise always answers questions and response quickly to any concerns we have. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She always cares about you as a customer.

  We have been customers of nationwide insurance for nearly 50 years! My father passed away on August 1st I took over the home the home payments and the insurance. I did not deal directly with Louise but I did deal with her assistant or whoever she is I'm so angry right now I can't remember the name! Back in September she informed me I need to have the deed and the house put in my name and my father's name removed I got an attorney took care all the paperwork she "gave me an estimated price" for the insurance which was fine. I was telling her the different things I may be doing she never once asked me if I wanted to instate this policy I assumed it would be instated once my father's policy ended. I got a document on April 23rd showing the new policy but no bill I called today she spoke nasty to me she didn't explain things well her professionalism is horrible! And I won't lie I lost it and screamed at her because I got a notice from our mortgage company that we have no insurance today! The customer service skills of this agency or louise's assistant is TERRIBLE! I don't think in my 50 years alive I've ever been so angry at someone whom we have been a valued customer to accompany for 40 years! She didn't EXPLAIN ANYTHING now with all I have to deal with I HAVE MORE! After speaking to MY nationwide office that policy should've been closed in September and my nsme instated on the policy! Without all this 6 months later! Work on your professional approach and knowledge!

  Kim your father was a valued policyholder of my agency for many years and we interacted with him on a monthly basis when he came into the office to make his payments. We were saddened by his passing and know it must have been a difficult time for you. I know you worked with Chantel on securing a new homeowner policy in your name once your father passed away and his property policy was canceled at the next renewal. Chantel provided you with a homeowner insurance quote and you were upset because the premium was higher than what your father was paying. Sorry there was a misunderstanding and you thought you could keep the policy that was in your father's name which is not allowed. Underwriting requirements require once the deed was changed to your name a new policy had to be issued with you as the named insured. Your name could not have been added to his Nationwide homeowner policy because you were his child and not his spouse. I wish you the best.
