As much as I hate to say it, avoid this place. I owed a $40 credit card payment and they returned my $500 FEMA check a few days after I lost everything in Ida. I was homeless and helpless and they RETURNED my EMERGENCY assistance over a $40 late payment. Could have just taken the $40 out of the check. Nope. Left me stuck and stranded. And then Ross and Rhonda lied about the situation to justify their reprehensible actions. Find another CU. This one forgot who that their members are their friends and neighbors who have spent 30+ years supporting them and helping them grow.
