      I have been a member of this Credit Union since 1972 and have never had a problem with any of the staff or the Credit Union itself. Just wish they had a office closer to my area.

      I have had poor and rude customer service dealing with multiple employees over my car loan, from the beginning and still do. the bank’s policy for forced placed insurance has been a continuous problem even though I have had my car covered the entire time! Several employees have made it very clear and very difficult that the bank does not want to have loans on certain vehicles. It may not be a problem for non foreign or exotic cars but others may have a big problem dealing with this bank!
