      I used their ATM and ,my card was consumed by the Atm .I wasn't able to make a withdrawal. A message said machine was not in use.Then 2 minutes later it was back up.I spoke with a manager about retrieving my ATM card and she said because I wasn't a customer ,they can't open the machine to retrieve my card.I had to pay 40$ to have a new card overnighted.I know that they could have very easily opened the machine and got my card for me.Mot happy with Lowell 5 at all
