  This Covid 19 occurred in my city as I was unemployed since March, I tried doing the skip a pay as I wasn’t employed. Turns out the girl that did my paper work was no longer working ( found out just now ) so my car loan was obviously 2 months due, I called and called they said they would send me another one or they would call me back and nothing! Yesterday I talked to a lady and she said she would send it and was gonna talk to a loan manager in my city and give me a call back that everything would be fine! I never got a call back, today the took my car and as I called they told me there was nothing I can do anymore as my car was already taken when just yesterday the lady told me I just had to sing and send it back! I asked why there’s was no way I can get my car back I even asked if there’s a way to pay for my past dues and even the repo and she said I wasn’t getting it back unless I paid full amount of the car witch I can’t! I don’t understand how in this hard time they could do this and I tried getting in contact with them I have emails and phone calles screenshoted on my phone! I would not recommend as they don’t know what they are doing and don’t take notes of what they talk to a client about, when I would question they would just tell me the girl who was doing your paper work no longer works here and I had to know that why? I never got emails telling me I was past due until today I just thinks it’s crazy and sad that I no longer have a car and there’s no way I can get it with times like this
