And I go into your pawn Shop to retrieve my girlfriends mother's day ring They couldn't find it right away. So I am giving them 24hours then I will post on here but I may need your name of the owner. How dare me? Are you serious? Loyalty pawn Justin the manager has been rude, and very abusive verbally towards me for 2 years! I have never been physical, or aggressive with any customers what so ever. Please Stop lying!!! I have class! Justin does discriminate toward Hispanics , and African Americans!!! I have scene it many times!!! and have endured the abuse myself! The staff at loyalty pawn do not treat people fairly they give different prices for merchandise that you have bought when you bring it back in for another loan. Where’s your fair policy here! I have heard him talk down to a Hispanic lady super rude because she thought the price for her ring wasn’t fair! Her demeanor was fine! He’s the aggressor!!! He started raising his voice and told her to go somewhere else! I also saw a African American in the store who got turned away when he was already in the store because they were closing! Really he’s already in the store! Makes no sense! He has horrible customer service, and thinks he can treat, and talk any way he chooses! He has a short fuse! He’s very verbally abusive with customers! I’m sorry but I believe everyone should be treated with respect! Discrimination is against the law!!!

This place is much much different than the old West Sacramento location. Dirty location. Not enough staff. Wait times suck. Felt like I need to carry my sidearm in this area. Can't wait to pay off my items and get the "F" out of this area.
