      Where to start? If they even answer the phone, the attitude of some of the staff is ridiculous to deal with. Don't bother leaving a voicemail since you will never get a response. I tried to get counseling done here since there was a grant, apparently they just push you around until the grant runs out because it's been WEEKS since they said they would help. Don't bother wasting your time.
