I was with first national Bank of New Hampton iowa since 1996 . I was concerned about developing and transitioning this great relationship I had with Bill (bank president) to new owners that changed the name to “Luana SavingsBank” My concerns vanished. I just happened to meet the new owners and president before they officially opened the new bank and just introduced myself.. Since then my experiences have been just wonderful. I am so grateful to Brad Hertges. He has really taken care of me wonderfully and now he is taking care of my daughter (New practicing physician) For all her financial needs. It feels like family to me and I am extremely satisfied with their service!
