I have banked with Luana for almost 20 years now. How things have changed. Years ago the service was amazing and personal. The people working behind the counter as well as the loan officers knew people by name and went out of their way to be helpful. I don't have as many loans or accounts there now as I did years ago so maybe that is the reason that service has changed toward me?? Regardless of the reason for the change the customer service has gone downhill to the point that I am working on closing out accounts with them completely. Each of my interactions recently has had me feeling like they are rude and that no one wants to do their job. For being a small town bank (I bank at the Luana location) I am shocked by how much things have gone downhill. I am someone that generally likes dealing with small town businesses and stick with the same ones so leaving them completely is not something I take lightly.
